First of all, the most important task is removing the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean. Likewise, clean the old residue from the door channels, and very carefully the mirror cushion area. Certainly, remove the old door hinge and clean anywhere else you are replacing the seals.
The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky, gooey residue that was once a quality light seal. Lastly, an accurate and careful installation will truly give you thousands of light tight exposures.

The kit includes 1 each upper channel body seal, 1 lower channel body seal, door latch plate foam seal and 1 door hinge seal on the body. All seals have adhesive already applied and to install you just peel off the backing and install.

Pentax K1000 Light Seals
USCamera light seal kit will fit the Pentax K1000, K2, Kx, Km, Spotmatic, Spotmatic F, Spotmatic II, Spotmatic IIa, Spotmatic SP, Spotmatic SP500, Electro Spotmatic, ES, and the ESII film cameras. It is made of special material and to date, we are not seeing that seal decayed on the cameras we have in stock.

Yashica YashicaMat Light Seals
USCamera custom light seal replacement kit for all Yashica YashicaMat camera bodies. This 5 piece kit includes 4 back cover seals and 1 meter housing seal.
Please note. Though this seal kit is cut for the 124G, it fits every Yashica Model we have seen that uses seals on the back cover. Some older YashicaMat cameras may not use a seal at the door hinge. If that is the case with your camera, you do not want to add foam there.
