First of all, the most important and time-consuming work is removing the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean.
Clean the old seals from the door channels, mirror cushion area, door hinge area, and anywhere else you are replacing the seals.
The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky, goo that was once a quality light seal. A proper installation will give you thousands of light tight exposures.

USCamera custom light seal kit for the Canon Pellix film camera. This light seal kit consists of 2 door channel seals for the camera body, 1 door hinge seal and a replacement focusing screen seal set of 4 pieces. We find it easier to install the seals surrounding the focusing 1 piece at a time. We also include foam replacements for the 4 felt type seals on the back cover. Though those seals may look in poor condition, most are fine. We only recommend replacing them if missing.

Light seals are well cut and the perfect size. Removing the old light seals is much more time consuming than installing the new ones. Pay very close attention to the two thin strips because when inserting, they can twist and stick on sideways in the narrow channel. Great product, I will be ordering a set for my Nikon FE !
