Do you want to make your own light seal kit? Maybe you have a photo item that also requires a special size of the light seal foam.
Sometimes sheet foam is the best solution. We have foam in 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, and 4mm thickness in stock.

Chinon CM-4 Light Seal Kit | 35mm SLR
First of all, the most important work you have to do is to remove the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean.
Make sure to remove all traces of the old door channel seals, mirror cushion, the door hinge, and anywhere else you are replacing old seals.
The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky goo that was once a light seal.
Finally, a proper install will give you thousands of light tight exposures.
