Do you want to make your own light seal kit? Maybe you have a special film camera accessory that requires a special size of the light seal material. We can help with that also.
Sometimes sheet foam is the best solution. We have USCamera sheet foam in 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, and 4mm thickness available. Look here.

First of all, the most important and time-consuming work is removing the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean.
Clean the old residue from the door channels, mirror cushion area, door hinge area and anywhere else you are replacing the seals.
The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky, gooey residue that was once a quality light seal. Lastly, proper installation will give you thousands of light tight exposures.

This USCamera custom light seal kit fits the Canon F1, and F1n Old. This old style F1 or F1n uses a 1.35-volt button cell battery for the meter. The kit includes 2 door channel seals, door hinge seal, and a replacement mirror cushion. All seals have adhesive already applied and to install you just peel off the backing and press into place. Honestly, incredible. Perfect length, thickness, width, everything. And the instructions were phenomenal. My camera’s light seals now look like new. I decided to step up the difficulty level and forgo using water to delay the adhesive and it went fine, though I would only recommend this if you have a steady hand and a lot of confidence. Cleaning out the gunk from the previous seals was the most time-consuming and important step.
