This kit includes 2 door channel seals for the camera body, 1 mirror cushion, 1 back cover seal door latch end and 1 door hinge seal on the camera body. All seals have the adhesive already applied. Just peel off the backing and press into place.

Many times sheet foam can be best. We stock foam in sheets 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, and 3mm thick.

The most important task is cleaning off the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean.
Likewise, remove the old foam from the door channels, and very, very carefully the mirror cushion area.
Also, remove the old door hinge and clean anywhere else you are replacing the seals.
The most important work you have to do is to remove the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean. Make sure to remove all traces of the old door channel seals, mirror cushion, door hinge, and anywhere else you are replacing old seals. The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky goo that was once a light seal. Finally, a proper install will give you thousands of light tight exposures.
