First of all, the most important task is removing the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean.
Likewise, clean the old residue from the door channels, and very carefully the mirror cushion area.
Also, remove the old door hinge and clean anywhere else you are replacing the seals.
The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky, gooey residue that was once a quality light seal.
Remember, an accurate and careful installation will truly give you thousands of light tight exposures.

Pentax K1000 Light Seals
USCamera light seal kit will fit the Pentax K1000, K2, Kx, Km, Spotmatic, Spotmatic F, Spotmatic II, Spotmatic IIa, Spotmatic SP, Spotmatic SP500, Electro Spotmatic, ES, and the ESII film cameras. All of those cameras use the same basic body casting. This kit includes lower/upper channel seals (body), camera body hinge seal, and a mirror cushion. Please note we do not recommend removing/replacing the original hinge seal unless it is damaged. It is made of special material and to date, we are not seeing that seal decayed on the cameras we have in stock.

This kit may fit other Sears/Ricoh models but we do not have many other Sears model cameras to check for proper fit. This 7-piece kit includes 2 door channels seals for the body, 2 channel seals for the back cover, 1 back cover hinge seal on body, 1 back cover latch plate seal and 1 mirror cushion. Tech Note. If your camera has a film reminder window, this kit does not include the light seal around that window.

Vivitar 220/SL Light Seals
USCamera custom light seal kit for the Vivitar 220/SL, 250/SL, 400/SL, 420/SL, and the 450/SLD film cameras. This kit includes 2 door channel seals for the camera body, 1 mirror cushion, 1 back cover seal door latch end and 1 door hinge seal on the camera body. All seals have the adhesive already applied. Just peel off the backing and press into place.
