First of all, the most important work you have to do is to remove the old seals.
Focus on clean, clean, clean. Also, carefully clean the old residue from the door channels, mirror cushion area, door hinge and anywhere else you are replacing the seals.
Furthermore, the finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky, gooey residue that was once a quality light seal. Finally, proper installation will give you thousands of light tight exposures.

This custom light seal kit fits the older series Canon Canonet series made prior to 1970. They are generally bigger and heavier rangefinder cameras than the later models. This kit fits the Canonet 17, 19, 25, QL17, QL17 L, QL19, QL19 E and the QL25. Yashica YashicaMat Light Seals
USCamera custom light seal replacement kit for all Yashica YashicaMat camera bodies. This 5 piece kit includes 4 back cover seals and 1 meter housing seal.
Please note. Though this seal kit is cut for the 124G, it fits every Yashica Model we have seen that uses seals on the back cover. Some older YashicaMat cameras may not use a seal at the door hinge. If that is the case with your camera, you do not want to add foam there.
