The most important task is removing the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean.
Likewise, clean the old foam from the door channels, and hinge foam on the body casting or door.
Lastly, and very carefully the mirror cushion area.
Also, remove the old door hinge and clean anywhere else you are replacing the seals.
The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky, gooey goo that was once a foam light seal.
An accurate and careful install will give you thousands of light tight exposures.

USCamera custom light seal kit for the Canon Pellix film camera. This light seal kit consists of 2 door channel seals for the camera body, 1 door hinge seal and a replacement focusing screen seal set of 4 pieces. We find it easier to install the seals surrounding the focusing 1 piece at a time. We also include foam replacements for the 4 felt type seals on the back cover. Though those seals may look in poor condition, most are fine. We only recommend replacing them if missing.

Pentax ME-Super Lightseals
USCamera custom light seal kit for the Pentax ME, ME Super, MG, MV, and the MV-1 film cameras. This kit includes 2 door channels seals for the camera body, a special cut mirror cushion, and the door hinge seal on the camera body. The original hinge seal is made of felt and does not require replacement. In response to many customer requests who have purchased cameras where the door hinge seal was already removed, we now include the foam door hinge seal. This kit is custom cut by USCamera and uses adhesive backed, black open cell foam imported from Japan.

This kit may fit other Sears/Ricoh models but we do not have many other Sears model cameras to check for proper fit. This 7-piece kit includes 2 door channels seals for the body, 2 channel seals for the back cover, 1 back cover hinge seal on body, 1 back cover latch plate seal and 1 mirror cushion. Tech Note. If your camera has a film reminder window, this kit does not include the light seal around that window.
