First of all, the most important work is to remove the old seals.

Focus on clean, clean, clean. Remove every bit of old foam so you cannot see any bits of old foam at all.
In addition, clean the old residue from the door channels, mirror cushion area, door hinge area and anywhere else you are replacing the seals.

The kit includes 2 door channel seals, door hinge seal, and a replacement mirror cushion. All seals have adhesive already applied and to install you just peel off the backing and press into place. Canon F1n Light Seals
USCamera custom Canon F1n (new) light seal kit includes 2 door channel seals, door hinge seal, and a replacement mirror cushion. The F1n New uses a 6-volt battery and has an A setting on the speed dial. All seals have adhesive already applied and to install, just peel off the backing and press into place.

Pentax ME-Super Lightseals

This kit includes 2 door channels seals for the camera body, a special cut mirror cushion, and the door hinge seal on the camera body.
