Do you want to make your own light seal kit? Maybe you have a photo item that also requires a special size of the light seal foam.
Sometimes sheet foam is the best solution. We have foam in 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, and 4mm thickness in stock.

Chinon CM-4 Light Seal Kit | 35mm SLR
First of all, the most important work you have to do is to remove the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean.
Make sure to remove all traces of the old door channel seals, mirror cushion, the door hinge, and anywhere else you are replacing old seals.
The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky goo that was once a light seal.
Finally, a proper install will give you thousands of light tight exposures.

USCamera custom light seal kit for the Canon Pellix film camera. This light seal kit consists of 2 door channel seals for the camera body, 1 door hinge seal and a replacement focusing screen seal set of 4 pieces. We find it easier to install the seals surrounding the focusing 1 piece at a time. We also include foam replacements for the 4 felt type seals on the back cover. Though those seals may look in poor condition, most are fine. We only recommend replacing them if missing.

Just remove the backing from the foam and install. This kit is custom cut by USCamera and uses adhesive backed black open cell foam imported from Japan.

Vivitar 220/SL Light Seals
USCamera custom light seal kit for the Vivitar 220/SL, 250/SL, 400/SL, 420/SL, and the 450/SLD film cameras.
