First of all, the most important task is removing the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean.
Likewise, clean the old residue from the door channels, and very carefully the mirror cushion area.
Also, remove the old door hinge and clean anywhere else you are replacing the seals.

Nikon EM-FG Light Seals
USCamera custom light seal kit for the Nikon EM, FG, and FG 20 film cameras. This 8-piece light seal kit includes 2 door channel seals for the camera body, 1 mirror cushion, 2 seals on each side of the focus screen frame (EM Only), 1 door hinge seal on the back cover and 2 small seals by the door hinge seal on the back cover.

Nikon F Light Seals
USCamera custom made light seal kit for the Nikon F film camera. This light seal kit consists of 1 replacement mirror cushion and 1 prism cushion. The door channel seals in this camera are made of a photo-grade wool blend and rarely, if ever, needs replacement. USCamera Foam is Made in Japan.

Nikon FE10 FM10 Light Seals
USCamera custom light seal kit for the Nikon FE10 and FM10Â 35mm SLR film cameras. This USCamera custom kit includes back cover top channel seal, film reminder window seal, hinge seal, and a mirror cushion. Please note, these Nikons do not use foam in body door channels.

Nikon N2000 Light Seals
USCamera custom light seal kit fits the Nikon N2000 film camera. This light 6 piece seal kit includes 2 door channel seals for the body, the door hinge seal on the back cover, top back cover hinge end channel seal, mirror cushion, and a film reminder window seal. Also included is a seal (not shown) for the back cover, top channel at the hinge end. The original flat black seal placed there is usually in good condition. Look at it carefully, very thin flat black seal. We only recommend replacing back cover channel seal piece if it is missing or damaged. That seal is not foam, and does not wear out.

Nikon N90 Light Seals
USCamera custom cut light seal kit for Nikon F90, F90x, N90, and the N90S Pro 35mm film cameras. This 5-piece kit includes the right/left mirror cushions, hinge channel seal, the film reminder window seal, and the cassette channel seal on the back cover. In this kit, the adhesive is applied to 4 of the five pieces. The back cover cassette channel seal is held in place with a very small amount of contact adhesive. Premium USCamera imported open cell black foam. Made in Japan.

Nikon Nikkormat Light Seals – PRO
USCamera custom light seal kit fits Nikkormat, Nikomat models including FT, FTn, and the FT2. The 6-piece pro kit includes 2 door channel seals on the camera body, 1 mirror cushion, 1 door hinge seal on the camera body, 1 eyepiece frame seal, and 1 meter window seal. Please note. The top cover must be removed to install the meter window seal and the eyepiece frame seal. Also, the finder frame seal is underneath the frame, so it must be removed to install that seal. Please Note. The meter window seal in this kit does not fit the FT3.
