First of all, the most important task is removing the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean.
Likewise, clean the old residue from the door channels, and very carefully the mirror cushion area.
Also, remove the old door hinge and clean anywhere else you are replacing the seals.

Nikon N90 Light Seals
USCamera custom cut light seal kit for Nikon F90, F90x, N90, and the N90S Pro 35mm film cameras. This 5-piece kit includes the right/left mirror cushions, hinge channel seal, the film reminder window seal, and the cassette channel seal on the back cover. In this kit, the adhesive is applied to 4 of the five pieces. The back cover cassette channel seal is held in place with a very small amount of contact adhesive.
