Please note that this Nikon model does not use a foam door hinge light seal. The door hinge seal is made of a felt type material and does not need to be replaced. Certainly, you will want to remove the old door hinge and clean anywhere else you are replacing the seals. The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky, gooey residue that was once a quality light seal. Lastly, the proper and careful installation will truly give you thousands of light tight exposures.

The F1n New uses a 6-volt battery and has an A setting on the speed dial. All seals have adhesive already applied and to install, just peel off the backing and press into place.

We also include foam replacements for the 4 felt type seals on the back cover. Though those seals may look in poor condition, most are fine. We only recommend replacing them if missing.
