First of all, the most important work is to remove the old seals.

Focus on clean, clean, clean. Remove every bit of old foam so you cannot see any bits of old foam at all.
In addition, clean the old residue from the door channels, mirror cushion area, door hinge area and anywhere else you are replacing the seals.

This kit includes 2 door channels seals for the camera body, a special cut mirror cushion, and the door hinge seal on the camera body.
