This Pentax ME Super light seal kit includes,
Lower channel seal, camera body – 1 x 1mm
Upper channel seal, camera body – 1 x 1mm
Hinge seal, camera body – 1 x 1mm
Mirror cushion – 1 x 3mm
First of all, the most important and time-consuming work is removing the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean. Clean the old residue from the door channels, mirror cushion area, door hinge area and anywhere else you are replacing the seals. The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky, gooey residue that was once a quality light seal. Furthermore, proper installation will give you thousands of light tight exposures.

The light seal foam on the camera I just purchased had already deteriorated to a point that it became tar and got all over the focus screen. I’m sure you know on the Pentax ME Super that replacing the screen is a major job getting the screen from a donor camera and installing it in the good camera.
I was able to do a fairly good job using 3M Specialty Adhesive Remover just cleaning it in place. Looks about 99% clean which I can live with. The solvent is very expensive but it apparently did no damage to the plastic screen. I normally use it to remove adhesive from plastic boat cover windows after sewing (my boat cover business). Just for your information because you mentioned you didn’t know of any solvent that could work.
