Many times sheet foam can be best. We stock foam in sheets 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, and 3mm thick.
We have many strips of light seal foam already cut to width and 220 mm long.

The most important task is cleaning off the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean.
Likewise, remove the old foam from the door channels, and very, very carefully the mirror cushion area.
Also, remove the old door hinge and clean anywhere else you are replacing the seals.
The most important work you have to do is to remove the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean. Make sure to remove all traces of the old door channel seals, mirror cushion, door hinge, and anywhere else you are replacing old seals. The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky goo that was once a light seal. Finally, a proper install will give you thousands of light tight exposures.

This USCamera custom light seal kit fits the Canon F1, and F1n Old. This old style F1 or F1n uses a 1.35-volt button cell battery for the meter. The kit includes 2 door channel seals, door hinge seal, and a replacement mirror cushion. All seals have adhesive already applied and to install you just peel off the backing and press into place. Canonet 19 Light Seals
This custom light seal kit fits the older series Canon Canonet series made prior to 1970. They are generally bigger and heavier rangefinder cameras than the later models. This kit fits the Canonet 17, 19, 25, QL17, QL17 L, QL19, QL19 E and the QL25. The kit includes 1 each upper channel body seal, 1 lower channel body seal, door latch plate foam seal and 1 door hinge seal on the body. All seals have adhesive already applied and to install you just peel off the backing and install.

Pentax K1000 Light Seals
USCamera light seal kit will fit the Pentax K1000, K2, Kx, Km, Spotmatic, Spotmatic F, Spotmatic II, Spotmatic IIa, Spotmatic SP, Spotmatic SP500, Electro Spotmatic, ES, and the ESII film cameras. All of those cameras use the same basic body casting. This kit includes lower/upper channel seals (body), camera body hinge seal, and a mirror cushion. Please note we do not recommend removing/replacing the original hinge seal unless it is damaged. It is made of special material and to date, we are not seeing that seal decayed on the cameras we have in stock.

Pentax ME-Super Lightseals
USCamera custom light seal kit for the Pentax ME, ME Super, MG, MV, and the MV-1 film cameras. This kit includes 2 door channels seals for the camera body, a special cut mirror cushion, and the door hinge seal on the camera body. The original hinge seal is made of felt and does not require replacement. In response to many customer requests who have purchased cameras where the door hinge seal was already removed, we now include the foam door hinge seal. This kit is custom cut by USCamera and uses adhesive backed, black open cell foam imported from Japan.
