USCamera custom light seal kit for the Pentax ME, ME Super, MG, MV, and the MV-1 film cameras. This kit includes 2 door channels seals for the camera body, a special cut mirror cushion, and the door hinge seal on the camera body. The original hinge seal is made of felt and does not require replacement. In response to many customer requests who have purchased cameras where the door hinge seal was already removed, we now include the foam door hinge seal. This kit is custom cut by USCamera and uses adhesive backed, black open cell foam imported from Japan.

USCamera light seal kits for Pentax film cameras
First of all, the most important task is removing the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean.
Likewise, clean the old residue from the door channels, and very carefully the mirror cushion area.
Also, remove the old door hinge and clean anywhere else you are replacing the seals.
The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky, gooey residue that was once a quality light seal.
Lastly, an accurate and careful installation will truly give you thousands of light tight exposures.

Canon F1n Light Seals
USCamera custom Canon F1n (new) light seal kit includes 2 door channel seals, door hinge seal, and a replacement mirror cushion. The F1n New uses a 6-volt battery and has an A setting on the speed dial. All seals have adhesive already applied and to install, just peel off the backing and press into place.

Canon Pellix Light Seals
USCamera custom light seal kit for the Canon Pellix film camera. This light seal kit consists of 2 door channel seals for the camera body, 1 door hinge seal and a replacement focusing screen seal set of 4 pieces. We find it easier to install the seals surrounding the focusing 1 piece at a time. We also include foam replacements for the 4 felt type seals on the back cover. Though those seals may look in poor condition, most are fine. We only recommend replacing them if missing.

Pentax K1000 Light Seals
USCamera light seal kit will fit the Pentax K1000, K2, Kx, Km, Spotmatic, Spotmatic F, Spotmatic II, Spotmatic IIa, Spotmatic SP, Spotmatic SP500, Electro Spotmatic, ES, and the ESII film cameras. All of those cameras use the same basic body casting. This kit includes lower/upper channel seals (body), camera body hinge seal, and a mirror cushion. Please note we do not recommend removing/replacing the original hinge seal unless it is damaged. It is made of special material and to date, we are not seeing that seal decayed on the cameras we have in stock.

We break this kit installation into 2 different kits. 1 x 5 piece kit for the camera film compartment area and 1 x 5 piece kit for the mirror cushion area. USCamera custom light seal kit for the Pentax Super Program, Super A, Program Plus, Program A film cameras. The body casting for these models is the same. This 5 piece kit includes 2 door channels seals for the camera body, special cut mirror cushion, back cover hinge end top channel seal, and the hinge seal on the camera body. The original hinge seal is made of type of material that does not require replacement. I do not recommend removing the original seal and. In response to many requests from customers who have purchased cameras where the door hinge seal was already removed, we now include the foam door hinge seal. All seals have the adhesive installed. Just remove the backing from the foam and install. This kit is custom cut by USCamera and uses adhesive backed black open cell foam imported from Japan.
