First of all, the most important work you have to do is to remove the old seals. Focus on clean, clean, clean.
Make sure to remove all traces of the old door channel seals, mirror cushion, the door hinge, and anywhere else you are replacing old seals.
The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky goo that was once a light seal.
Finally, a proper install will give you thousands of light tight exposures.

Pentax Super Program Light Seals

This 5 piece kit includes 2 door channels seals for the camera body, special cut mirror cushion, back cover hinge end top channel seal, and the hinge seal on the camera body. These amazing people are SAINTS. Excellent replacement foam fixed my light leak and my camera works like new again. They also sent a bamboo stick with the kit to clean the old foam out and install the new. You will need some 50% rubbing alcohol to do a proper job of it.
