If you have to dis-assemble the hood lock unit for any reason, the metal cover plate is difficult to remove without damage. This cover is not difficult to remove. Package of 2 leatherette covers. Image shows cover applied to the lock knob. We made this black leatherette cover to replace this expensive original part.
