Canon wants to make sure you see it and remove it before use. You will need to transfer your old LCD TFT window to the new cover with using new tape (we include 1) or purchase a new window. Genuine Canon replacement TFT LCD assembly for the EOS 60D digital camera. Made by Canon Japan. Canon does not sell a replacement LCD only for the 6oD. Many times just the TFT LCD screen was damaged. The frame and cable were in good working condition. So we purchased several different TFTs, installed them and checked them out. We found one that was better than all the rest. It really surprised us. You may get that part here.
