This kit includes 2 door channel seals for the camera body, 1 mirror cushion, 1 back cover seal door latch end and 1 door hinge seal on the camera body. All seals have the adhesive already applied. Just peel off the backing and press into place.

Likewise, remove the old foam from the door channels, and very, very carefully the mirror cushion area.
Also, remove the old door hinge and clean anywhere else you are replacing the seals.

Make sure to remove all traces of the old door channel seals, mirror cushion, door hinge, and anywhere else you are replacing old seals. The finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that sticky goo that was once a light seal. Finally, a proper install will give you thousands of light tight exposures.
