First of all, the most important and time-consuming work is removing the old seals. Focus on spotlessly clean.
Carefully clean the old residue from the door channels anywhere else you are replacing the seals.
Also, the finest adhesive in the world will not adhere to that gooey residue that was once a quality light seal.

Many customers have asked additional quantities of the pointed bamboo tools included with our kits. I find tools like this is invaluable when installing/placing light seals and more. I've used these to hold small parts in place while I installed screws. The bamboo tools are small, light with somewhat polished ends. 2.5mm wide x 150mm long. Package of 10 pieces.

LX MX Original Style Mirror Cushion
USCamera made Pentax LX or MX Mirror-Cushion custom cut exactly like the original. Fits all Pentax LX, and MX film cameras. No Adhesive is applied. Use a contact adhesive like Pliobond or similar when placing this cushion. Pentax LX part 24000-B90 and MX part 23800-B90-01 are interchangeable. USCamera custom light seal kit for the Pentax 645 film insert and case. This seal kit consists of 2 seals for the channel seals on the film insert and 2 seals for the channel seals on the film insert case.

Pentax 67 6X7 TTL Prism Finder Foam
USCamera made Pentax custom cut viewfinder seals with adhesive applied for the TTL Penta Prism Viewfinder for the 67 and 6X7 vintage 120/220Â format film cameras. Available as 2 piece or 1 piece seal kit. Some customers found the 2 piece kit was easier to install.

Pentax 67 Seal Kit
USCamera custom light seal kit for the Pentax 67 film cameras. This 8 piece custom seal kit consists of 3Â door channel seals on the camera body, 1 back cover hinge seal, 2 back cover door channel seal, 1 camera body door latch seal, and 1 replacement mirror cushion.

Pentax K1000 Light Seals
USCamera light seal kit will fit the Pentax K1000, K2, Kx, Km, Spotmatic, Spotmatic F, Spotmatic II, Spotmatic IIa, Spotmatic SP, Spotmatic SP500, Electro Spotmatic, ES, and the ESII film cameras. All of those cameras use the same basic body casting. This kit includes lower/upper channel seals (body), camera body hinge seal, and a mirror cushion. Please note we do not recommend removing/replacing the original hinge seal unless it is damaged. It is made of special material and to date, we are not seeing that seal decayed on the cameras we have in stock.

This 44 piece light seal package will seal 10 Pentax film cameras like the K1000, K2, Kx, Km, Spotmatic, Spotmatic F, Spotmatic II, Spotmatic IIa, Spotmatic SP, Spotmatic SP500, Electro Spotmatic, ES, and ES II film cameras. New style K1000 uses 5 screws to retain the bottom cover and the battery cover is plastic. This light seal package includes,

Pentax K1000 Spotmatic Mirror Cushions
USCamera made Pentax custom cut mirror cushions with adhesive applied. Package of 5 cushions. These mirror cushions fit the New/Old K1000, K1000 SE, Electro Spotmatic, ES, ES II, Spotmatic, Spotmatic 1000, F, SP, and SP IIa vintage Pentax 35mm film cameras.

Pentax ME ME Super Mirror Cushion
USCamera made Pentax custom cut mirror cushion with adhesive applied. This cushion has a special cutout for access to the viewfinder adjustment set screw. Fits Pentax ME, ME-F, ME Super, MG, MV, MV-1, Program A, Program Plus, Super A, and Super Program vintage 35mm film cameras.

Pentax ME-Super Lightseals
USCamera custom light seal kit for the Pentax ME, ME Super, MG, MV, and the MV-1 film cameras. This kit includes 2 door channels seals for the camera body, a special cut mirror cushion, and the door hinge seal on the camera body. The original hinge seal is made of felt and does not require replacement. In response to many customer requests who have purchased cameras where the door hinge seal was already removed, we now include the foam door hinge seal. This kit is custom cut by USCamera and uses adhesive backed, black open cell foam imported from Japan.

Pentax MX Mirror-Cushion Set
This USCamera 5 piece mirror cushion replacement kit will fit all of the Pentax MX cameras. 2 different kits are included in the cushion set. You may choose the one that suits your needs. Both will fit and perform equally well.

Pentax PC35AF Light Seals
USCamera light seal kit will for the Pentax PC35AF compact 35mm camera. This kit includes lower channel seal, long upper long channel seal, short upper channel seal, and a body hinge seal. Please note, the channels are 1mm thick. You must use an adhesive delay when placing them or you will have difficult time with the install. Also note, if you look carefully at the latch end of the body, you can see some anti-reflective material. It does not wear out and should not have to be replaced.

USCamera custom light seal kit for the Pentax Super Program, Super A, Program Plus, Program A film cameras. The body casting for these models is the same. This 5 piece kit includes 2 door channels seals for the camera body, special cut mirror cushion, back cover hinge end top channel seal, and the hinge seal on the camera body. The original hinge seal is made of type of material that does not require replacement. I do not recommend removing the original seal and. In response to many requests from customers who have purchased cameras where the door hinge seal was already removed, we now include the foam door hinge seal. All seals have the adhesive installed. Just remove the backing from the foam and install. This kit is custom cut by USCamera and uses adhesive backed black open cell foam imported from Japan.
